Great location and peaceful sunsets….very walkable to Forio but the hike back up the hill will not be missed 🤫

Das Appartement und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet und die Außenanlagen wunderschön! Der Blick von Terrasse und Whirlpool auf die Bucht ist sensationell! Die Lage oberhalb des Meeres, in nur wenigen Minuten am schönen Strand und gleich vier tollen Restaurants direkt am Wasser und fußläufig zu Forio ist großartig! Und die Betreuung vor Ort durch Rita extrem freundlich. Ein echter Geheimtipp, für den wir am liebsten keine Werbung machen wollen, damit wir jederzeit wiederkommen können!

L'appartamento e l'intero complesso sono arredati con cura e gli spazi esterni sono bellissimi! La vista dalla terrazza e dalla vasca idromassaggio sulla baia è sensazionale! La posizione sopra il mare, in pochi minuti sulla bellissima spiaggia e quattro ottimi ristoranti proprio sul lungomare e a pochi passi da Forio è ottima! E l'assistenza in loco da parte di Rita estremamente cordiale. Una vera chicca per la quale non vorremmo fare pubblicità, in modo da poter tornare in qualsiasi momento!

Giuseppe’s apartment was lovely. Very private and with stunning views. Close to the beach and some lovely restaurants. It had a great air con which was needed in the afternoons and evenings as it was very hot.
Great bathroom and plenty of towels.
The kitchen was quite basic but we managed to make our own breakfasts.
The apartment could do with a toaster and iron. Lovely patio area with a hot tub but the water in it was too hot so we didn’t use it much. Maybe we didn’t know how to change the temperature settings 🤔 We were given lots of useful suggestions on what to do in Ischia Island and any questions we had were promptly answered by Maria.
We nad a fantastic stay.

L'appartamento di Giuseppe era incantevole. Molto privato e con vista mozzafiato. Vicino alla spiaggia e ad alcuni deliziosi ristoranti. Aveva un ottimo condizionatore d'aria che era necessario al pomeriggio e alla sera perché faceva molto caldo.
Ottimo bagno e tanti asciugamani.
La cucina era piuttosto essenziale, ma siamo riusciti a preparare le nostre colazioni.
L'appartamento potrebbe essere dotato di tostapane e ferro da stiro. Grazioso patio con vasca idromassaggio ma l'acqua era troppo calda, quindi non l'abbiamo usata molto. Forse non sapevamo come modificare le impostazioni della temperatura 🤔 Ci sono stati dati molti suggerimenti utili su cosa fare a Ischia Island e tutte le domande che abbiamo avuto sono state prontamente risolte da Maria.
Abbiamo un magnifico soggiorno.

The appartment is really nice, great location and amazing veiw.
There was also really good ac in the apartment wich was important as there was a record breaking heat outside.

Would give it a full house but rhe only thing that bothered us was the beds. They were not really comfortable.

L'appartamento è davvero bello, in una posizione fantastica.
C'era anche un ottimo condizionatore nell'appartamento, che era importante in quanto c'era un calore da record all'esterno.
Gli darebbe una casa piena, ma l'unica cosa che ci dava fastidio erano i letti. Non erano molto comodi.

unique place with an incredible view, very quiet, but close to the beach and restaurants. The large terrace and the whirlpool are amazing. Rita was the perfect host, very friendly and responsive. We will come back.

Perfect location and great communication!

Très belle bâtisse avec vue sur mer et terrasses dans la plus part des appartements. Luminosité, Calme et confort grâce à la climatisation dans chacune des pièces. Prévoir une voiture absolument pour aller en ville ou découvrir d’autres plages que celle à proximité qui est payante 25 à 30 euros par jour sans être incroyable et bondée en été. Rita notre interlocutrice a été adorable et veille à ce que tout se passe au mieux .

We had a wonderful stay at Actea with our children, ages 8 & 4. The view from the terrace is unrivaled and we spent our mornings out there for breakfast and our evenings out there with a glass of wine after the kids went to bed. The walk down to the beach and restaurants was very easy and we spent a couple lovely days bobbing in the sea. Rita was extremely responsive to any questions while we were there and arranged us taxis upon arrival and our departure. I would highly recommend for a great spot to relax and enjoy!

This is such an underrated location— right against cliffs and nestled in front of a beach with vistas of Ischia. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Rita was such a huge help!

The view from the terrace and the apartment is absolutely stunning (even more beautiful than on the pictures)!
The apartment is comfortable, the kitchen corner is quite small, but there is a coffee maker, electric kettle and even a small dishwasher.
It is very close to the beautiful giardini la Mortella (total must see!) and the San Francesco beach (just have in mind that the beach is quite small, therefore if you are travelling with kids, I reccomend also the beautiful Spiaggia di San Montano).
The communication with the hosts was perfect, they were extremely friendly and helpful!
There is a parking lot in front of the apartment, which is very convenient if travelling by car.
The building with the apartments is surrounded by a garden with wonderful flowers and trees. I definetely reccomend this beautiful place!

The view is stunning. And it's just a short walk to the beach, cafe, and amenities. The owner and Rita are super helpful and kind.

The Actea apartment is absolutely stunning! The patio faces west, and we spent every night watching the sun dip into the sea - so relaxing. Apartment is perfect: clean, quiet, good air con, lovely shower, comfy bed. Couldn't ask for more. Giuseppe and team (we had the joy of meeting Rita, who helped check us in) are so responsive, friendly, and helpful.

The apartment is set in a quiet area of the island, about a 8 minute walk from the busy main road where the buses run, and just a 5 minute walk from the San Francesco beach where you can rent chairs and umbrellas (or visit the "free beach" and lay out on your towel). There are lots of great beach-side restaurants within easy walking distance as well as a market for supplies.

The place was great. It has an amazing terrace overlooking the sea. It was just beautiful and definitely recommend staying there. The WiFi was not working half of the time we were there, which was a problem for us cause we had international phones that don’t have great reception on the island, made it hard to plan our stay there. Otherwise, I recommend staying here!

Appartamento curato, dotato di tutti i confort, in posizione comoda per andare in spiaggia, fuori dalla confusione e con vista spettacolare sulla spiaggia di San Francesco e su Forio. Si possono fare delle bellissime cene al lume di candela sotto il cielo stellato.

We were in awe at how beautiful the space was and even more excited about the views. We were traveling with our 10 & 8 year old kids and our 11 month old baby. The space was perfect for our older kids but our baby is still crawling so the concrete floors were rough on her. Simple downhill walk to the beach below. Stunning views of the sunset and with the doors open we could hear the water on the shore. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Très bon accueil, ISCHIA est très agréable et l'appartement est très bien situé et agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et suite à un problème de réservation, Guiseppe a été très réactif.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso ad Actea con i nostri bambini di 8 e 4 anni. La vista dal terrazzo è impareggiabile e abbiamo trascorso le nostre mattine là fuori per la colazione e le nostre serate là fuori con un bicchiere di vino dopo che i bambini sono andati a letto. La passeggiata fino alla spiaggia e ai ristoranti è stata molto facile e abbiamo trascorso un paio di giorni piacevoli in mare. Rita è stata estremamente reattiva a qualsiasi domanda mentre eravamo lì e ci ha organizzato dei taxi all'arrivo e alla nostra partenza. Lo consiglio vivamente per un posto fantastico per rilassarsi e divertirsi!

Bellissimo edificio con vista sul mare e sulle terrazze nella maggior parte degli appartamenti. Luminosità, Tranquillità e comfort grazie all'aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Prevedere una macchina assolutamente per andare in città o scoprire altre spiagge oltre a quella vicina che è a pagamento da 25 a 30 euro al giorno senza essere incredibile e affollata in estate. Rita la nostra interlocutrice è stata adorabile e si assicura che tutto andasse per il meglio .
