Terms and Conditions

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to our official email address.
  • The customer can cancel free of charge up to 20 days before arrival.
    If the customer cancels within 20 days before arrival, they will be charged 50% of the total cost (equivalent to the deposit paid).
    If the customer does not show up, they will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
    The amounts mentioned above will be refunded net of any applicable fees related to payments already made or required for processing the refund.

It is mandatory and amounts to €2.00 per person per night (excluding children under 18 years of age).

  • Available from 3:00 PM.
  • A valid identity document is required for registration.
  • The property offers a virtual reception service.
  • A cot/crib for children aged 0-3 years can be requested free of charge.
  • There are no entry/exit time restrictions.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • It is forbidden to allow access to unregistered persons.
  • Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 AM..

  • Cleaning service is provided ONLY upon request and with an extra charge.
    It must be requested in advance from our Guest Manager.

    • Cleaning service: €15.00 per hour, time to be agreed.


    To promote a more conscious use of resources, we offer one complimentary towel change on the fourth day of stay, but ONLY upon request.
    Any additional towel changes or bed linen changes are subject to an extra charge and must always be requested in advance.

    Below is the list of extra charges for linen change services, UPON REQUEST by the guest:

    • Bed linen change:

      • Single bed €10.00

      • Double bed €15.00

    • Towel change:

      • 2 guests €15.00

      • 3 guests €20.00

      • 4 guests €25.00

      • 6 guests €35.00

  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol or drugs is prohibited.
  • The use of heaters, electric stoves, or gas stoves is prohibited.
  • Guests are required to turn off lights, air conditioners, and TVs when leaving the room.
  • Quiet hours are between 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the property.
  • The property is not responsible for disruptions beyond its control (electricity, water, internet, etc.).
